Bait and switch on 5G home internet. Online it says $50 a month including all fees if on autopay... you get the bill and it's $60... I am told that the bill is supposed to be $60 yet the website shows $50. So right there is an extra $120 a year I was not expecting I will pay for them. Then it shows that there is a $200 prepaid Visa that you apply for... well when you apply for it the amount is only $100.. because the person on the phone gave us a diffrent Promo code number.. . yet the website says $200. What the post online is a LIE. and it's to get you to pay for their service, but they do NOT honor what they advertise. I see $220 difference now between the card and the bill for a year. However, the speed is good on their device.

I spent over 6 hours trying to file a claim. Just because I did not understand one work in a statement from a overseas call sentence, the man said rudely if you would listen to me .... really I did good understanding any of that statement. Then the man hung up on me. Thy transfer you to so many people. I have had trouble with this company from day 2. My opinion do not go under any contract with them. They think they have you. However they do not. My service drops calls and or when i try to make calls i often get i have no service and I can only make 911 calls. My phone has always been paid. If there was a empty box for zero on the stars I would have hot that in stead of giving 1 star. But from what i can tell on this review system they only rate a 1.7 . Now on to write a google review and any other reviews I can write. My opinion DO NOT sign any contract no matter what so called free stuff they say you get.

The customer service told me fake information to switch over to them. They said I'd get Netflix for free, apple tv for 6 mo, and that they'd pay my phone off to switch over. and NONE of that was upheld. Once I switched over another rep told me theres no netflix, and Apple TV and that I had to pay my phone upfront in full, then they'd reimburse me! So now I'm in a mess trying to switch back to Verizon. A Verizon rep also told me the way they switched me over was alarming because its not the way it should be done... they never had me sign a contract... and switched me from verizon to t-mobile telling me they would cancel the verizon plan. And guess what... they didnt do that either! The All they've done is cost me more money and 10 hours of my time stuck with people trying to reverse everything! The guy who said my plan would be $75/mo with tax included lied because I go online.. to see its $89/mo! Absolutely horrible shady company and their plans are more expensive as well. Dont waste your time.

Worst Experience Ever...

THEY ARE THE MOST UN TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY GOING SO FAR. MY WIFE AND I HAD RECIEVED AN IPHONE 15 THIS PAST YEAR AS WAS OFFERED IN A PROMOTION FOR FREE!!!! WE PAYED FEES AND TAXES AND OLD PHONE UP FRONT AND THERE WAS TO BE NO CHARGES AFTER. WE WENT OVER AND OVER AGAIN WITH THE REP ON PHONE TO MAKE SURE. THAT PERSON GARUNTEED US OVER AND OVER OF NO ADD ON CHARGES. MONTHS DOWN THE ROAD I SEE SIGNIFICANT CHARGES WHICH LEAD TO PAYMENTS FOR THE PHONE. I WENT BACK AND FORTH WITH THEM FOR THE PAST YEAR AND THEY STILL KEPT TELLING ME IT WASNT PART OF THE DEAL. NOW SUPPOSEDLY ALL THE CONVERSATIONS ARE RECORDED AND SAVED FOR REASONS SUCH AS THIS. ALL OF A SUDDEN, THEY HAVE NO INFORMATION ON ANY TRANSACTION HAPPENING THE WAY IT DID. SO, IN THE END I GOT SCREWED WITH PAYING OFF THE PHONE AND I CANCELD THE ACCOUNT DUE TO THE FACT OF NO ONE CAN TELL THE TRUTH AND THEY ARE A MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. IN THE LONG RUN DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THESE COMPANIES TELL YOU AND IF YOU DO GET A WRITTEN DOCUMENT BECAUSE WHEN I ASKED FOR THE PROOF TO BE SENT TO ME, THAT WAS NOT ACCESSIBLE ANYMORE EITHER. THE WORST SERVICE ALL AROUND!!! NOW I KNOW WHY VERIZON CHARGES MORE FOR BETTER SERVICE.

I signed up for T-Mobile in June 2023. By December, the signal was terrible, so I tried to cancel but couldn’t access my own account. After months of frustration, I finally got through in April and suspended my account for $10/month. Then on June 8, they hit me with an $89.47. charge out of nowhere! I hadn't used their service since January, yet they still billed me $105.21. Customer service offered a useless credit instead of a refund. T-Mobile is a complete scam with hidden fees and awful communication. Avoid them like the plague!

T-Mobile has the worst customer service ever! They don't even want me to sign up for service. I've tried establishing service via their website numerous times. Every time the website returns a random error message. Customer service couldn't help me on the phone, either. I ended up going with Verizon instead.

My wife and I have been T-Mobile customers for several years and in 2022 decided to upgrade our plan to the Magenta plan for seniors 55+. At the time they were offering a Buy One/Get One deal on Samsung Galaxy phones for anyone who upgraded to a new Magenta plan. They also guaranteed a price-lock on the Magenta 55+ plan, promising to never raise rates for life if you signed up now. At the T-Mobile store we were told we were eligible for the free phone, and signed up. When we received our first bill it was much higher than we anticipated. Turns out we weren't eligible for a free phone and now had to pay for both phones, each costing $800. Only answer we got from T-Mobile was "we're sorry for the mistake." WELL "SORRY" DOESN'T PAY THE BILL!!! AND IF THAT WASN'T BAD ENOUGH, T-Mobile is now going back on their price-lock guarantee and raising the rates of their Magenta 55+ plan, a move that affects countless senior citizens across the nation. In my opinion, this company has zero integrity. Steer clear of T-Mobile.
