I've been a Tmobile Business customer for 3 years now and have had great service UNTIL this year. I use to be able to do everything on an app on my phone - which was great since I am a mobile business. Well now T-Mobile is PUSHING their business customers to use their Business Hub website. Which would be okay IF IT EVER WORKED ON MY TMOBILE PHONE. Paying my phone bill and making changes use to take seconds now it takes me at least an hour. Whys that? Well even by going onto the Business Hub website HALF of the shit DOESNT work. Want to add a line? I now need to go into the store OR spend 2 hours on the phone. Can't just do it on the app anymore. Need to make any little change? YUP into the store OR on the phone for hours. Website is ALWAYS down for maintenance or gives error codes. Actively looking for another phone carrier who actually cares about business customers. I average 8 active lines, sometimes as high as 12. Depends on how many employees I have at the time. Guess Tmobile doesn't want my money anymore.

Abusive Act on Billing Process
In April 2022, I faced significant issues with a previous telecommunications provider and decided to explore better options. T-Mobile emerged as the clear choice, offering the best value for the services I needed within my budget. The representative I interacted with was professional and provided the necessary details, prompting me to sign up.
I immediately noticed that T-Mobile’s texting and calling service far exceeded what I had experienced elsewhere. However, their billing process has been a complete mess, and collection agents must communicate the pros and cons of late payments transparently instead of obscuring the essential details.
I made every payment on time from the day I signed up until August 2024. When I unexpectedly lost my job and was disqualified for unemployment benefits, I proactively informed T-Mobile about my financial situation and the ongoing appeals with the employment office.
Their slogan, “We are here to help,” is misleading. They create the illusion of wanting to work with customers, but that isn’t true. The only option they presented was a payment plan, which I found a trap. They neglected to mention that failure to pay by the assigned dates results in disconnection fees. Despite being fully aware of my unemployment status and pending appeals, they charged me a staggering $930 over six months for a plan that should not have exceeded $90 monthly.
My advice is straightforward: if T-Mobile offers you a payment plan, think twice before accepting unless you can adhere to their imposed due dates. I was misled by their claims that I could request a new payment plan if I couldn’t meet the initial deadline, which turned out to be a complete falsehood.
Big corporations like T-Mobile often evade accountability for their predatory tactics, even though laws like the “Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts and Practices” (UDAAP) exist under the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). It’s time to hold them responsible for their actions.
I created an Excel worksheet detailing all the invoices from June 2023 through February 2025, matching them with all my payments. Before submitting the schedule to the CFBP, I will confirm that all the charges and service fee allocations were adequately made and that my payments were applied correctly.
Now, I don't have services and am missing out on following up on my job applications.

16 year customer - poor service when leaving
I was a 16 year customer with T-Mobile. I had 5 lines that I was slowly switching over to another company after Tmobile forced workers to wear masks or get the Covid vax.
The final 2 lines were ported out from Tmobile in September 2024. I expected to get a least 1 more bill which I received via email and it was paid in October in the amount of 99.56. No problem.
I never received any further bill notifications from them after that so I thought it was the last bill. But then they charged me again in November via auto-pay in the amount of 142.22. I was concerned because it exceeded any bill amount I had ever paid them in the last 16 years. And it did not seem to be a prorated amount - which would be less not more and I never received a bill notice to review the charges before I was charged.
When I tried to log into the account, I couldn't because I was no longer a customer. So I called customer service which was an overseas representative. She said she would issue a refund for the 142.22 BUT she refused to send me any sort of confirmation of the refund via email or text. She only gave me a confirmation number over the phone
I kept checking my bank account and also called by bank. There was never a refund issued so I issued a dispute because it was sounding like fraud.
Then in December I received a collection notice that I owed 172.22 - which was 142.22 plus a $30 service charge for the collection.
I again called customer service. I spoke to 2 reps. They refused to back down and had no explanation as to what the 142.22 charge was for, why it went up instead of down or anything. They said I simply owed the money over and over. I said I wanted to see a bill and they said I had to go to a retail store.
I went to the retail store very angry, but thankfully they were more understanding and could speak English. They were also confused on the charge because they also expected the bill to go down not up. They noticed that about the time I ported out a HotSpot service in the amount of 56.32 was added to my account. This was not authorized by me and did not make any sense since I was leaving. There was no explanation for this change to my service as I was leaving.
The retail workers were able to call a support person who again understood why I was upset because the bill made no sense. That worker issued a refund to me for the 56.32 and removed the collections charge and I was to owe the $88 which was the real prorated charge. Which I was fine with. I always expected a pro-rated bill and would be willing to pay that so I could leave this company for good.
At least at this point I believe that worker is not lying like the first rep. The retail people seem to be more accountable because I will obviously come back to the store and nag them until it is resolved - foreign workers do not care they are so far away they don't need to treat you as a human.
I feel it was fraud for Tmobile to change my service, send me no bill notification as they usually did AND, charge my credit card via autopay for all of this.
It is also fraud for Tmobile to say they will issue a refund me but never refund me.
I would give a one star but the retail workers were actually understanding and willing to make it right.
Tmobile is probably ok until you want to leave and they make it very difficult to leave. They make you sit on the phone forever to get a porting out pin, they try to stick it to you as you are leaving by adding services, they give you foreign customer reps to deal with because those people don't care and will treat you bad on Tmobile's behalf.
Please consider all this before going with them, it will save you a headache one day.
Tmobile does not deserve your business.

It is rare that I write a bad review…
It is rare that I write a bad review about a company, but I really had a terrible experience. I am a Business Owner and completely rely on receiving all of my text messages. For over two months I did not experience reliability on my text messages on my phone. (I was getting all texts on my I Pad though) They blamed Apple and Apple blamed them. I would spend hours per week on the phone with them. I went into the Apple Store and a third party Apple Authorized Dealer and both said my phone was absolutely fine and my settings were correct.
Eventually T-Mobile admitted they had known network issues in the area with no ETA on resolution. I ended up switching to Verizon where I have 100% reliable service. It was the absolute worst customer service I've received from a Corporation. The savings may be worth it if you use your phone only socially, but I would highly advise to not use them if you need it for a business. I could write pages and pages of details about all that the time they wasted of mine, but it would get repetitive and boring. If you want to know more though, I'm happy to share the sad details of my extraordinarily bad experience with them.

I used t mobile is my carrier for…
I used t mobile is my carrier for fourteen years. I always sang their praises, Never had any problems with them. Until I changed carriers. Hopefully, if anyone knows the answer to this, I would appreciate it. I cancelled t mobile on august seventh, They had just taken out their payment on the first. They took another payment out september first, I hadn't used their services and canceled their services on August 7th. But they say i'm even with them now. Does anyone know if they owe me september payment back? Did I mention? I am a seventy three year old woman on a fixed budget ? Thanks Diane, Thomas.

No help
My husband and I had our cellphones on a business account with a now former business partner. That was our first big mistake and we own it. My husband's iPhone belongs to us. We bought it from Walmart and used it to replace his previous phone on the same business plan. Our former partner decided to disconnect our phones. As the actual physical iPhone belongs to us, we went to a Metro store to reconnect it in our name. We were told that they couldn't help us because the phone was reported stolen. How? I have it in my hand and I have a receipt to prove that it's mine. They told us to go to a T Mobile store. We did and they said we had to go to a "Corporate" store. We went there and they said we had to call the 800 number. How can I call without a working phone??!! At the end, I had to go back to Metro and connect a new phone because no one was able to help us. The gentleman at the Metro store tried to help us by calling the 800 number for us but they were no help. They said they needed to speak with our partner as it's his account which I understand. The man from Metro told us to try the Apple store so we might do that.

Late Fee Though My Card was Hacked That Day
My credit card evidently got observed somewhere during a visit to Chicago. The card company stopped it when someone tried to use it twice with only 2 digits of the security code correct. Happened just as my T Mobile internet bill was due. I went and made a 1-time payment on their site and later set up autopay, again. Got charged a late fee, not at the time but on the next month's bill. No one day warning, no nothing, just an immediate late fee. These guys are like the hackers when it comes to grabbing my money.
