I purchased a iPhone 17 pro max on 9/21/2026. My husband paid 300 down in the phone and when I looked at my tmobile acct it says he only gave 145$ down. We paid that 300 for the phone. Not for taxes etc. The person that took care of us never gave us a reciept and was also caring for another customer that was standing right behind me which is hippa violation. We thought the reciept was in the bag. I spoke to someone in the store as my husband went to see what happened and wrote down a reciept on a yellow piece of paper. I asked them to give my husband the reciept and he said he couldn’t. I would have to go . Why? It’s just a reciept. They do not want to give the original reciept? Writing it on a yellow paper is very very fishy to me. I told him I was a nurse and dnt have time to go so far just to pick up a reciept as my husband stood there. I also asked him to email to me and he couldn’t do that either!!! Something fishy is going on here and I don’t like it. These phones are not cheap!!! Bad and fishy things going on at that cottman tmobile! Watch your money guys.

I have been with T-mobile for over 14 years with a fixed plan and recently they have reduced my neflex plan from no ads to ads amd increased $6.00 per line. I was told that they have changed the plan and I had to pay the increase on the plan. What's the sense on signing up for a plan that guarantees fixed price they advertise. its wrong for them to change their plan as they wish and make customer pay for it. People stay away from T-mobile with their fixed price plans. They were not able to make any adjustments or credit to off set some of the increases. I will be looking for different carrier. I have learned a lesson not to stay with one company and stay active searching for bargains out there. It doesn't benefit you stay loyal in this case.

my mom is in a situation where her money got a delay of transaction from her bank so she called and asked if she can push it back a little bit because she didn’t know when it would come in this was Thursday and they suspended the lines on Monday the same day they told her they would call her to “help” her but my mom ended up calling back to discuss the payment arrangement they made arrangements but she was still responsible for the restoring fee and in addition they charged her to make the arrangements and she’s been a customer for 15 years never once has she asked them for a extension because she has been consistent with her payments just disappointing and they will be losing a customer because they don’t care about there people.(seeing from other reviews)

Terrible stability, I get alerts almost daily saying my WiFi connection has been disabled. I live in a city & there should be zero excuse. Garbage customer service, they intentionally hung up the phone once they realized how bad they screwed up & I am absolutely cancelling this below even subpar WiFi service. They give fiber a bad name however I’m realizing fiber is just a marketing ploy. Goodbye T-Mobile

I would not recommend T-Mobile service. I have been asking (calling and going into stores) since May to close out a line that was no longer in use. They would not because it was getting me a deal. I ended up switching carriers and ported the active phone number because customer service was just awful. I ended up getting charged 3 more months before they would actually cancel it.

If I could give zero stars I would. Was promised promotional iPhone on them by switching from Verizon to T Mobile with trade in. The entire process from the get go was screwed up ended up getting nothing for trading in my phone. Biggest mistake was switching from Verizon. Beware of the T Mobile scam they are running

Metro by TMoblle is fairly ridiculous.The whole setup doesn't really make sense.Ive been with Metro many years, not because of how great but the price and don't want to change my number. The customer service is what you would expect. They recently talked me into transferring to TMoblle because of my loyalty. They threw in a free Galaxy ph and told me it would solve my issues. Data,freezing ,camera and I would receive free Netflix.The phone was activated and immediately my storage was full, I had lost my Amazon Prime,and Netflix wasn't included and I had to purchase Google one storage. This was the 55 essential plan.So, the customer service is a mandatory 30 min wait, nice in the beginning then the scripted run around including the management level. They also act at one point that the two companies hardly work together. So, the lesson is their all the same...Hassle! They say they care, but I always remind them of their dismal 1.0 rating our of 5!! THEY Fix Nothing in the end. It Only about $$$$$$$ to this outfit.

T-mobile, North Augusta, Sc.. GHETTO!! You won’t walk into this store and see the well dressed associates! All you will see is staff members on their phones hanging out and don’t even think they’ll help you!! I think I’ll be switching carriers!
