So, I had to speak to T-Mobile almost every day this week due to several changes to my account. Even though I received many contradicting statements there was one employee that I felt went over and above to get things resolved for me. Tee, I appreciate your professionalism, empathy and dedication. I am grateful for your follow up call to make sure everything was working and to make sure I was enrolled in as many benefits as I wished. Tee, your dedication was outstanding! Thank you!

The customer service used to be the best reason for using t-mobile, but recently it's become artificial stupidity and getting a human being to talk to is more and more difficult every day. The artificial stupidity that answers the phone is maddening with its limited responses. I can't stand to listen to it for another second. Since writing this review I have been taken care of and have to give them more stars for making it right. When you get a human to help you, you will be able to get your problems solved, even though you may have to insist on speaking to a person for a couple of days.

Didn’t know they were one minute from closing when I came in and Matt stepped up with a smile n great attitude still willing to help get my phn working again.
