Tmobile a company with a ways to go.
As a company I feel tmobile has a lot to offer. For starters they're customer service is friendly and helpful; the deals; they have are fair; and the internet service on paper is a great idea. Sadly that on paper statement is where alot of my problems with this company starts. First off the wifi signal for the internet and phone is weaker than advertised I mean I can understand when the weather is alittle hotter or colder than expected your signal slowing down Abita but not from the hours of 10AM to about 2PM nearly every day. Now sure I use LTE instead of 5G like everyone else however being that LTE is still somewhat new I feel I should be getting at least a little more signal stability. Now when it comes to the home internet this problem may be due to over heating of the gateway system as the only time I can use it is at night before it starts to buffer and go out in the morning. Also tmobile needs to be better on their billing as I lost $$140,00 because my payment for both my phone service and internet didn't go through and I wasn't 8nformed of this fact until five days before my bill was due. Now to some people who have disposable income this might be fine however if you live check to check this can really mess with your money plans. Overall I'd recommend tmobile home internet as a budget internet buy for people looking to cut the cord from the cable companies if you can live in a 5g area. Sadly due to the signal issues and the high cost of service I can't recommend the phone service as metro pcs is high as well but has a better overall signal.
