Quindra, NOT FAIR! You paid us $400, not $2000. You are confusing us with a scam offer you got, that wanted you to pay them $1500 for some ridiculous fraudulent service that we told you did not need. Hard to say because you refused to send what you were looking at. As to your trademark - Everything went well on your order until your credit card declined when we tried to file your trademark at the USPTO for $275. That started a long series of emails and phone calls, a lot extra time spent, between March 23 and Oct 28 when you finally we finally filed your mark when you had funds available again. To help you out we even waived our $50 fee to refile your trademark again. From what I can see, you were angry your credit card declined and you got the fraud offer - thinking it was from us, not accepting that when you file for a trademark your contact info is in fact public record the USPTO offers to show who owns any given mark. I invite you to call me! I tried to call you a few minutes ago, but your SMS did not seem to work. Thank you! I never ever, ever said that, thought that - any of that. In every case we replied to you with respect, patience and understanding - as you finally were able to trademark. We did not forget about you. We kept at it to make sure you got the trademark you wanted, the one you hired us to get for you. The trademark we did file for you. Please call me!
