I have to say I had a couple returns, they were smooth. I had credits that were originally gift cards, I reached out via chat and they got the information and emailed it right over to me. I ordered what I wanted and it came super quick and I absolutely love the product. I couldn't be happier with the customer service/support that I've received. I love that they offer different lengths - Petite, Reg, and Long bc I'm tall so the Long is really great to have as an option. I also had a really positive experience with their customer service team. They were friendly, quick to respond, and super helpful. So far I’m really happy with my purchases and will definitely be ordering from Title Nine again. It’s always great to find outdoor gear that feels functional, comfortable, and well thought out.
