Stay FAR AWAY from from this Titanium Security company. I was suckered into this company by a sales person promising me the best. ALL LIES...First, Titanium requires you to have 3 different apps to even run their system. An app for the Ring doorbell, which you have to pay a separate yearly fee in order for it to work, another app for the actual cameras around the house, and then a third app for the actual alarm system. They charge an extra monthly fee to have a technician to come to your house if you need the service. They also have a mandatory $3.00-$4.00 price increase every year. When you call them for anything, you will be on hold for an average of 30 minutes or more. When you actually get to speak to someone, they act like you are bothering them. If you ask to speak to their manger or someone above them, they will say, "I am the manager" and argue with you. They are always 2 to 3 weeks out on sending a technician to your house, but I guess that is because the company is based out of California. Please, please, stay far away. Do not be suckered into their sales hype like I was. They will say anything to get you locked into a 5 year contract. They also require you to give them your debit or credit card number so they can charge your account every month, but treat customers like feces. BEWARE!!!

Biggest mistake I ever made, full of hype at the state fair and everything goes downhill the day after installation. My door bell camera never arrived and my outdoor cameras never arrived as of 2 years later. I stopped using the system within the first year and just pay the bill. I call and try to cancel with an early term but stay on hold for over 2 hours with the retention team. This must be a plot to make you hang up and not cancel. Stay clear of them!!!! Lucky for me I didn't cancel my Xfinity system.

We have endured a terrible experience with Titanium LLC (Titanium Smart Home) and would like to warn others. Titanium's initial sales pitch was convincing, but their customer service has been terrible. The costomer service representatives are obstinant and typically just say something to get us off the phone, but then do not follow through on their commitments. Please be careful.

Got divorced and decided to get a new alarm system 8/1/2020. Started having problems 30 days later. Repeated calls and letters to company regarding system errors, contract errors, buyout funds not received to pay Brinks (prior alarm company), bad customer services, no return calls, delay or no service call request completed and promises made to become my new security system vendor. Still to current date I'm paying for TWO (2) alarm services and neither are protecting my home. Then noticed my Titanium, LLC bill increased without notice and I was forced to pay an extra $17.00 per month. And the system still doesn't work. Titanium states its in your contract, read it. I did, and they are in full breach of their own contract with me and others. * Customer is made to agree to a 60 month contract. It states IF you agree to 60 months for your initial term then the company may NOT increase your rate fees during the length of your agreement. * Titanium agrees to provide a working system and monitoring service without fault as long as the customer internet is good. I pay for a 1000 band with AT&T and this is the ONLY service in error. * Titanium stated their alarm service would take over my current modules (Thermostat, garage, z-wave products) and would add them to my account. I ask do you need to replace them. They said no, we own them with your contract now. * My contract has many errors that they failed to correct

I’m so frustrated I been try get hold any one to help with issues I’m having with the main motion detector the keep going off every 2 minutes the is low on battery and I call I was put hold for more the 20 minutes and then call back the person the answer was kind to send to scheduling for Technical to come to my house is not until 6/9 they have able I’m like what hell I do with this noise I did not have this problem when I have other company and I get call from sales rep telling I can get cameras add to my system for more money,,, when I got the system the salesman stated that if want add other devices it will be free of charge because I was let them put a sign at front yard and today’s date I have not seen the sign the it will be delivered in few weeks is year and nothing I’m so frustrated….. this not what I expected from alarm system company the is supposed to be make feel at ease the my house is secure,,,,,,

I agree with all of the 1 star reviews. If I could give a minus 10 stars I would. When you call you NEVER get anyone in the United States. You are put on hold longer than you should, if they have to transfer you you’re on hold for another 10-20 minutes, and they ask you for the same info you just gave the other tech. My last call into them I was on the phone with them for an hour and a half, just for the tech department tell me she could not help me. I have two grandkids that rely on the code getting them into the house. THIS IS A HUGE SAFETY CONCERN for me as I had errands to run. I can’t have the sitting outside waiting for me. The billing department wanted to give me 10% off of my bill for the inconvenience that I am experiencing. I told him my grandkids are worth more than that. Titanium llc does NOT care about their clients, all they care about is getting their monthly payments. Save yourself some time and go with ADT. You will NEVER be put on hold and treated so unfairly.

I don't recommend very bad customer service, this company in general is bad, they are only good to make sure you pay your service on time, or they will be calling you right away, I wish I could go back with the Guardian Protection Service:(

I would not recommend this company I made a mistake getting them now I’m stuck with them my Iphn tries to log on it boots me off I try to set alarm on phn it boots me off I wish I had kept vivint
