Came to door and said they could set up system for a curtain price but when we got the bill it was different.So we cancelled them.They left their equipment at our house for a year. Then they came back & took back there equipment.Then I find out they decided I owe them a thousand dollars and put out a bad credit report on me I never got bill.They are crooks do not buy from them spare your self the trouble.I give them a big negative.

Fast installation. Cameras are great with knowing who is outside the house. Have no problem with system setting while away. Love the reminder to set alarm if I forget. My husband loves Alarm.com as he used for his business he worked for. So far very pleased.

My apartment complex had a preinstalled Simon XT and I just needed to add monitoring. Titanium’s customer service and sales teams are very friendly and the Alarm.com app is easy to use. I love being able to monitor the status of my alarm, as well as receive notifications when any sensor (especially doors) are opened and closed.

They make home security easy. I have already refered them to all of my friends

So far so good. I was hesitant to get an alarm system with cameras but I am happy it’s done.

I've had problems with my installation if I'm home and I set the alarm on stay and get up and walk in hall way it triggers the alarm to go off

I give 3 stars only because of the length of time it has taken to get issues with their equipment. Ryan the tech has been very helpful. Company needs to slow down trying to get new customers and take better care of the ones they have.

I was very impressed by Titanium Smart Home and thoroughness of the lead installer and assistant. The installation started on time, and continued smoothly. Our questions were answered to our satisfaction. We look forward to follow on services, eg. outdoor camera, etc.
