I ordered a set of 4 tires that were advertised as take of tires, meaning they were professionally installed and uninstalled on a vehicle for advertising purposes only which cannot be called new because of the mounting and dismounting , and i received a heavily used tire set with uneven surface and cracks, when contacted costumer support I was told that I have to pay for the return in order to receive a refund ( the return shipping cost is upwards of $90). Very disappointed. BUYERS BE AWARE OF THIS PRACTICE AND LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR TIRES, IT DOESN'T WORTH IT

This company sent the incorrect order twice. Then would not send the correct order until they received the incorrect order. Essentially making the customer responsible for their mistake. Additionally I was charged for upgraded tires with white letter outline and I never received what I paid for. This was an easy fix, by delivering what was paid for initially. Then realizing the mistake and send the correct tires immediately without requiring the customer to wait. Also there is the matter of over charging and then ignoring emails from the customer trying to get things rectified. To make things worse,ebay supported this seller in response for help. Try getting a hold of someone at ebay to help.... Good luck. Dont order from this company, you will regret your decision.
