This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had buying anything auto related aside from buying my own car brand new. Jokes aside, I would not reccomend using this site period. I used this site to buy rims "wheels" and I've had nothing but headaches. Their selection on wheels are extremely poor, their costume service is just as bad, and their prices on third party installed are just as bad. I can see why they offered their own installation prices stating "installation price gaurantee." This is because they put other installers on here that look cheap, but later quote you a price that's double what you saw on Tirebuyer's site at checkout. They should just remove the prices and say to call the installers directly. Long story short, I bought wheels and NEVER received any confirmation or receipt. Throughout the purchase, I had the site act up so much and stopped working properly so I couldn't check out. I tried multiple browsers. In addition to that, I had to call in 5 times and spend countless hours with people that didn't know how to send a receipt or confirmation email. I needed this so I knew when to expect my wheels and schedule installation with the installer I choose from their site. Also, I chose a date based on what the site showed (last Friday), but it's now the following Monday and I'm still waiting for delivery. Their schedule system needs to be fixed IMO, so it's based on the tires availability to avoid confusion. The only decent thing about this site is it's relatively reasonable for wheel prices, but not even by much.

Simply awful. 1. Cancelled order without notifying me. 2. Still waiting on refund. 3. Customer Service Reps barely know English. 4. Offered a "make-good" code that was worth less than promo offers already on site. 5. Lied about availability

TireBuyer had the best price by $10 per tire, so I placed an order with TireBuyer about three weeks ago. It was cancelled without notifying me. After two weeks when I called in to find out what was causing the delay, I was told it had been cancelled and was asked to place the order again. Which I did. This time, I called after two days to see how the order was going, and was told that for some reason the tires had not been shipped by the supplier. They sent an email to the supplier (note - they don't carry any inventory) and I called the next day to see if there was any progress, and Tirebuyer then cancelled my second order. I need tires. So I went to Amazon to buy the tires for $10 more. I placed my order, and to my surprise (lesson learned) the tires were being sold by TireBuyer. Guess what? Those tires shipped WITHIN HOURS. I won't be trusting them again. Even with the lowest price, they are willing to play games.

Two weeks after ordering zero communication still. Try to get refund and tires were sitting at installer for 10 days. Now have to wait for tires to ship back for refund, which I probably won't be notified about.

Do not recommend. I made a mistake placing a late night order. I called at 0600PST and spoke to someone who spoke better English than I speak Punjabi. He stated that my order had been canceled and that I would receive a cancellation confirmation email. I was suspect because he did not verify any of my information when he asked for the order number. 4hrs later I get an email notification that my order has shipped. Called back and was told that FedEx had already shipped. They must have had a driver sleeping in the warehouse parking lot. Bad experience. Do not recommend.

Do not buy rims from this company I ordered a set of 4 Had to send 2 of them back badly painted marked in scratched down to the metal took them down to have them mount and balanced come to find out the rims are warped I spent over a $100 to have them mounted and balanced they Argued with me right off the batt would not do nothing for me had to threaten them and only gave me $30 this is a crap company poor quality of rim's
