Hi. I had terrible experience with your company. I bought tires on Monday because the website informed me, I can make an appointment to install on Wednesday. I could get information the tires shipped today(Turesday) morning, and I cancelled other appointment with tire shop. But it was wrong information. The tires will arrive on Wednesday, and the installation is available from Thursday. I should cancel a bunch of schedules on Wednesday.

After not honoring the warranty for a 55k mile Ironman tire that didn’t make it quite 30k miles I was offered a 20% discount. Ordered a new set from different manufacture. Arrived at install appointment and they did not have my tires or any record of appointment. Tires were to be delivered 3 days ago and can not get a response by phone or email from Tirebuyer. Clearly from the conversations I had previously this is no longer an American company. I’ll be doing business with a reputable company in the future. The reply attached to this post is a lie. They offered 15% refund from original order and have not honored it. A refund was given for the most recent order after a week of excuses why a Rufus couldn’t be processed immediately.

Website said tires were available but the next day said they weren’t. How do they not know that when you order?

Poor service! I’ve had an issue three days and it is yet to be solved

Ordered tires. Made installation appointment at installer. Received a confirmation that tires were delivered to installer. Showed up for 8am appointment the next day, no tires delivered to installer. Called Tirebuyer, tires were refused by installer, they don’t know why or when redelivery will occur. Was a giant mess. Asked for refund, 7-10 days for that. Went to Discount Tire, bought a set of better tires at a better price. Lesson learned.

I do not recommend this company, it sells old tires for the price of new ones.

Ordered 4 tires. Tirebuyer supposed to send it to installer . They (tirebuyer) sent 3, one tire was missing. They confirmed that the last one would be arriving by end of June 28th. Scheduled install following week 7/3. They have not sent the tires to installer. Ultimately cancelled the order.

Horrible service for a first time order from this company. I ordered four tires and they were supposed to be delivered on Thursday April 13th. They had Fed Ex ship three tires on Thursday and the fourth tire wasn't delivered until yesterday Tuesday April 18th. Delaying the installation of my tires for a week, when I needed them installed before my trip on Sunday April 16th. For the horrible service they told me they would give me 10% off my next order. Why would I order from them again?.. Horrible customer service.
