Great price and great customer service! I bought my tires early on a Sunday morning but the listed installer wasn't open till Monday. Given the price, I expected a bait and switch call. Sure enough about 10 am Monday the call came; not from the installer, but rather Tirescanner. Just checking to see if the installer called to schedule my appointment and let me know they only have 3 of the tires in stock. (Great, here we go). I went ahead and upgraded you to the AT2 if that's OK. It's the newer generation composition and tread pattern. Needless to say, but I will, I was shocked!!! (No, don't upgrade me, I want the old stuff lol) Since then customer service has been outstanding and they've gone above and beyond my expectations. Hopefully I won't be buying tires any time soon, but if I do I know where to look first. Tirescanner.com will be my recommendation to anyone who asks where to get the best prices.

Best Experience ever. Got a great deal on 4 tires. Matt contacted me later in the day to asked me if installer had contacted me to set up appt. Travis from Tread Connection contact me later that day to set up time to meet my schedule. Caleb showed up on time & did an excellent job. Very professional & personable. I will never purchase tires again for any of my cars from a dealership and plan to tell all my friends and family.

Best experience buying tires- hands down. Nobody could beat their pricing. It was super easy. The complete cost of the tires and installation was presented at time of purchase - no hidden fees. They delivered the tires same day. Matt kept in constant contact to make sure everything was in order and that a time had been scheduled for the install. Couldn't be more satisfied. Definitely the best, and easiest tire buying experience! I got the best price on the exact tires that I wanted. Matthew made the experience exceptional and was so easy to work with. The only thing worth mentioning is that you have to use one of Tire Scanner's installers. For me, it was definitely not a problem for the amount of money I saved and the great customer service I had from both Matthew (Tire Scanner) and Ryan (RNR Tires). I would highly recommend tirescanner.com!

If I could give this company a 10 star rating I would! They have the BEST customer service. I searched the internet for the best deal on tires, when I was about to give up I found Tirescanner. I couldn't believe the prices, thought they were to good to be true. I did a search on the company and they seemed to be legit. I purchased the tires and made the appointment with one of their installers. When I did not get a phone call from them confirming my appt. I called them and found out they were closed and wouldn't open until days past my appt.. I was upset and emailed Tirescanner asking them to cancel my purchase. !0 mins. after sending the email, Matt from Tirescanner, called me. He apologized and asked if he could set up an appointment for me at the other install place and they would pay the install fee. I said ok. I went and got my tires installed for free and no problem!!! Thank you very much Matt!!! I will be recommending Tirescanner to everyone I know!!!!

I wanted to share an experience I had today with a different type of tire company. We all know gettting tires always takes half a day. I had a tire throw a belt and go bad this past weekend and had to get it replaced. I searched online for the same tires I have, since they are new, to get prices, and stumbled accross "Tread Connection Tampa". Their prices were very competitive, but here's the cool zinger. Peter from Tread Connection came out to my home with this sophisticated state of the art van, and does the whole job in my driveway. He was here for less than an hour and replaced my tire with a new one, right down to the balancing. It was the best tire experience I have ever had.
