You guys were great and fair on price's. the only problem I had was where I took the tires in smithtown took the guy 7 hours to put on tires which is a little much for anyone considering I had the first appointment

Hi there. Thank you for your feedback. You're right. This is not how we operate our calendar system. When you choose a slot you get it, that is what sets us apart. In this instance the store had mixed up their store calendar, which caused the slot delay. We are really sorry for this and can assure you that we have altered procedures to ensure it can not happen again.
