All went smoothly, thanks especially for Blanca’s assistance every step of the way. Without their assistance this would have been a bit more onerous and costly, as the true shop was not very cooperative in the process. I feel there are some areas that need improvement, such as scheduling (no appointment available at shop), install differentials and communication between tire scanner the shop and the customer. In saying that, I greatly valued the service and Tirescsanners dedication to fill those gaps and make the overall experience very good.

Tires didn't arrive on time. But the issue was fixed when the tire installation was paid for by tirescanner.

Great price on 4 Uniroyal Tiger Paw 75,000 mile tires. The best SALE price on the exact same tires I saw elsewhere averaged around $112-113. Mine were $98.17 but I got 10% off, so $88.35 (saved $23 EACH tire, not to mention the extra taxes on that $92 or another $9-10). The sales rep was readily available and in contact. The ONLY thing is that, while the cost or fee for tire installation was LISTED, it was not included when I paid Tirescanner, though I thought it had been in my total paid to Tirescanner. SO at the installation location, I was surprised as a result that I had to yet pay it. I also got an alignment there, too. In all, the price quotes I otherwise got were in the $600+ and even $700+ range for tires and installation and (w/alignment) I paid under $550, getting long-lasting 75,000 mile good tires.

Great service, I called around and got put on hold by about 3 different local tire stores. Once I got the tire size and some pricing, I found a better deal through Tire Scanner on some Goodyear Tires. The only hitch was the tire store rep wasn't that knowledgeable about Tire scanner, but once he figured it out the process went smoothly. Lovin my new Goodyear tread !!

So far so good. I can only rate my experience up to this point, and at this point, I have only put exactly 535 miles on these tires. So far I’m not hearing any road noise and the tires handle really well. I have only been in wet weather conditions once since having the tires and they seem to be just fine. I cannot answer about any snow/icy conditions due to living in an area where we barely see that stuff. I will say though, shipping was quick and hassle free. So far, I’d purchase these tires again from the same company. Best I can say is good luck and give’m a shot. It’s worth it.

The purchase process was easy and I received the email that the installer would contact me for a timeslot. However, the installer never contacted me. When I called the installer, they said just come in. They never asked me what kind of car or anything. When I showed up, it turned out they didn't have the jack pad for the Tesla Model 3. Luckily, I had one. The installation took over 2 hours; some of it had to do with me only having one jack pad instead of all four. Your experience with your installer may vary. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience and would do it again. An improvement would be to allow the customer to rate the installer.
