Bought tires Wednesday and website touted Friday delivery - Saturday appt. Friday rolls around and was notified the delay. So pushed it back to Tuesday appt for install. Went there Tuesday and only part of delivery was there so I drove 30 minutes to the install location only to be turned back. At this point, I thought I was scammed out of my money. At least the company was responsive DURING normal business hours, but the wait for the response for my tires just wasn't the inconvenience I paid for. I went back Wednesday afternoon for the install. The truck delivery of tires arrived yesterday afternoon. The installer noted that there's no paperwork or notification for the tires dropped off at their location. They just had to figure out who's it was by the tire type. Not purchasing through these guys again.

The delivery for this order did not arrived as communicated. The tire buyer team indicated it was delivered but the preferred installer did it get it for another day. Additionally, tire buyer told me I didn’t need an appointment which was not the case. The preferred installer indicated I did need an appointment and no one had contacted them on my behalf. I originally asked for something on 7/14 but the tire buyer system showed 7/26, a date I had never seen in any of the order information. I requested to be compensated for the installation because I had to spend time at the installer to find the tires weren’t even there, time on the phone explaining the issue and then back and forth to get my self scheduled when the tires did arrive

I've used them twice and they are 2/2 dropping the ball with installation. Prices are good and tires get delivered but there is ZERO follow thru to make sure install goes smoothly. Especially via PepBoys. You will have to schedule and/or make changes to the appointment yourself and make sure PepBoys has correct install dates and install rates.

I was very disappointed with the communication and the timeliness of delivery. My vehicle was set for a morning install. I was told as long as I ordered before 11am the service shop would receive the tires same day so I could get them installed the next day. The tires did not arrive until 2pm the following day so rather then my truck being completed by noon I did not get it back u til 5pm.
