Their site is easy to navigate, prices are very competitive if not cheaper. Wide varieties of tires. On top of that I was pleasantly surprised that you get communication and follow up emails with actual human being overall great experience I will definitely be buying tires for my other vehicle

I ordered the tires for my Explorer on a Monday, received a call from their installer about 2 hours after I ordered to confirm day and time for install. Tires were installed Wednesday afternoon of that week by very professional people - installed in my driveway. I will never buy tires any other way from now on. Customer service and follow up was great. Highly recommend!!!

The customer service representative Blanca was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to help me and determining with type of tires I would need for the best price for me. I placed an order 4 truck tires at 1:30 on the Thursday and they arrived before 3 p.m. Friday I was amazed and mind blown of the quality and Speed fast delivery. I was able to order a great product with good quality and may I add also looks good on my vehicle thank you Tire scanners thank you. Also Goldstar for Blanca and her customer service abilities thank you again I might add that I am one who does not order things online because I'm not sure of what I'm getting when the product finally arrives but this is one time that I can say I got what I paid for.

All I can say is WOW! I spent months shopping for 4 new tires. What would seemingly be an easy task to perform became way too complicated when I was ready to pay and begin the work: prices would change, retailers would add additional charges, and even sites that would provide out-the-door quotes were not completely accurate, and often the price would be more than what was previously quoted on their site. The entire process was cetainly cumbersome and draining. Such was not the case with TireScanner. By chance, I found them online, yet, it all seemed too good to be true. I called them, and they assured me the tires would be available the next day for installation. I will admit I was extremely skeptical from the very beginning, yet, everything they promised was fulfilled 100%: tire prices, installation charge, appointment day, and time. I could not be happier with the process, as Blanca and her entire team provided me with exceptional, expedient, responsive, prompt, and extremely reliable and honest service I could take to the bank!
