Will Be My Go-To From Now On
I originally found TireBros24 through AfterPay. Since it was the only place I could buy tires, I didn't have much of a choice. I was hesitant because I had never heard of them before, to further add to my hesitation I received a call not too long after my order and the rep told me they did not have my tires in stock. I expected to have no-names pushed on me, but I was pleasantly surprised when I was given options, all within the same price range, of some solid tires. I even "tested" the rep and asked about some off-brand tires, and he practically insisted I not order those. After that was handled, I expected another 5-6 days before seeing my tires....the tracking landed in my inbox the same day, I kid you not the tires were delivered the following afternoon. Unheard of, especially in more rural PA. I'm here writing this review because I just went through TireBros24 again and realized I never left a review last time. Any company I feel I can go to more than once deserves recognition. I do have one gripe, one thing that chaps my a**, but it's not something I will drop a star for: ID verifcation. Single-handedly the most annoying aspect of ordering from TB24. I'm one of those people that would prefer giving as little information as possible to even the DMV, let alone simply ordering tires, so maybe that's a "me" issue (hence why I didn't leave any less stars) but...I'm ordering tires, not a gun...it's annoying.
