purchased a one-time plan for only 15 photos. There was NO mention of any recurring subscription at the time of purchase. After one month, $59 was deducted from my account without any consent or prior notice. When I tried to contact them, there is no proper way to reach their support team. No live chat, no clear contact number — just an email that takes forever to respond. This is completely unacceptable. Charging customers without consent and making it difficult to cancel is fraudulent behavior. I would NOT recommend this app to anyone. BEWARE — hidden charges and no proper customer support!

Dear Mandeep, We’re truly sorry this experience left you feeling this way ❤️❤️❤️ The last thing we ever want is for someone to feel surprised by a charge or frustrated trying to reach support. We do offer a flexible, no-questions-asked cancellation policy, and if something wasn’t handled correctly, we absolutely want to make it right. Please contact us here with your account details so we can review the charges, confirm cancellation, and help resolve this properly: https://www.tinysnap.com/contact-us We genuinely appreciate feedback like this because transparency and trust matter deeply to us, and we’re continuously improving both our communication and support experience ❤️ Emily @TinySnap

Pretty awesome app, we are a busy family, so having the time to take professional photos is almost impossible with our schedules. This was the perfect solution! Quality was pretty good, sometimes it glitches and added your original photo with the changed photo.
Response from TinySnapMay 16, 2026
Dear Alma, This is exactly why so many busy families use TinySnap ❤️❤️❤️ Between schedules, kids, and everyday life, finding time for a professional photoshoot can feel almost impossible - so we’re really happy this became an easy solution for your family ✨ And thank you as well for mentioning the occasional glitch. If any portraits come out with issues like that, you can always report them in the app and we’ll refund the credits used so you can try again 🙏❤️ Really appreciate you sharing both the good and the areas we can improve 😊❤️ Emily @TinySnap
