We love the picture or our 67 VW Karmann Ghia. It's exactly as ordered!
Response from TinySnapAug 29, 2026
Dear Sir/Madam, A ’67 Karmann Ghia is certainly worthy of its own portrait! 🚗✨ We’re delighted you love the finished artwork and, most importantly, that it arrived exactly as you ordered it. Thank you for trusting TinySnap with such a beautiful classic! 💛💛💛 Emily @TinySnap
Denise
Had to pay for a 1 month subscription before I could see the picture, not sure what happened to the free preview. None of the pictures I then created looked anything like my son. He is adopted and I have very few infant pics of him, so I was excited to try this. Nope, total waste of 20 bucks.
Response from TinySnapAug 29, 2026
Dear Denise, We’re sorry the portraits didn’t capture your son as you had hoped, especially given how meaningful those few infant photos are to you. ❤️❤️❤️ TinySnap is a subscription service, and this is stated during the purchase process. We also offer simple cancellation at any time, with no questions asked. That said, we don’t want you to feel you paid for something you couldn’t enjoy. Please contact our support team with your account details, and we’ll be happy to review your experience and see how we can make it right. Emily @TinySnap

Douglas M.
Unlike some internet vendors, you did exactly what you advertised. I am pleased and the picture is hanging near the front door.
Response from TinySnapAug 19, 2026
Dear Douglas, That means a lot to us - thank you! ❤️❤️❤️ With so many unknowns when ordering personalized artwork online, we believe the experience should be simple: show you what we can create, deliver what we promised, and stand behind the result. We’re delighted that’s exactly how your experience felt. And knowing your portrait has earned a spot right near the front door might be the best compliment of all! 🖼️✨ We hope it gets plenty of admiration from everyone who walks in. Thank you for trusting TinySnap!❤️ Emily @TinySnap
