The quality of the print was so exceptional that my husband thought I had commissioned an artist to paint his classic car. I received the print within one week of placing my order. Highly recommend.

Dear Sir, Now that’s a reaction every classic car owner would appreciate! 🚗🎨 Having your husband think his portrait was commissioned from an artist is an incredible compliment to the finished piece. We’re also delighted it reached you within just a week. Thank you for the recommendation - and for trusting TinySnap with such a special classic! 💛 Emily @TinySnap

What I received was absolutely awesome although sadly the horse’s ears had been cropped off . Had it been the same as the preview you sent me as to how it was going to look completed it definitely would have deserved a five star rating.
Response from TinySnapAug 29, 2026
Dear Jane, We’re delighted that you loved the quality of your portrait, but we’re sorry about the cropped horse’s ears - especially since that wasn’t how your approved preview looked. We are sorry for this.. Emily @TinySnap
