Terrible quality and not like the images on the website or the Instagram page. I purchased 6 hoping to give them to family as gifts and was totally disappointed. This didn't get any better when I tried to return them. I had to pay £12.75 myself even though I'd spent over £100 on the product. I am still waiting for my refund 6 weeks later. This does not seem to be a legitimate company and I am investigating the business further.

Ich habe 2 Handytaschen mit integriertem Geldbeutel gekauft und nach Erhalt der Ware festgestellt, dass es schlecht verarbeitet wurde und mir so nicht gefällt. Die Kontaktaufnahme vom Support war zügig, aber sie wollen die Ware nicht zurücknehmen.

The bag came with a non-functioning clasp, but customer support fixed it immediately and they sent me a replacement bag within a few days. I am very satisfied and I give five stars.

Don't really know what all the negative reviews are about because I purchased 2 bags and they are lovely. Also didn't realise they were being shipped from overseas but when I emailed for an update on shipping, the team responded in the same day and were very helpful :)

Sent me a bag with a strap that was broken, took over a month to replace the strap. Once i had the strap realized i didn’t like the bag but was “outside” the 14 day return policy.
