TinybigbagReviews of tinybigbag.com

Very poorly made! Contact them to request a return label and they responded right away and talked me into accepting I try a replacement. Never received a replacement, never received a return label, never received any type of refund and they completely stopped replying. Have sent multiple messages. Do not buy! You will be disappointed!

My order was canceled due to my selected color was unavailable. Marie from customer support reached out to ask if I wanted to select another color or receive a refund. I opted for a a refund. After several days I followed up with Marie to ask when I would receive a refund and never received a response. I waited several more days before I had to finally dispute the charge with my credit card company. Poor customer service!!!! Because of this experience, I will never consider purchasing form this company.

Bad quality and not allowed to return.

I purchased a tiny big bag and when i received it, it was not very good quality and looks really cheap. I send three emails to return and receive a refund. Finally someone returned an email I sent for the 4th time. I was told i could not return it because it was not damaged and that the pictures online show a clear image of the handbags they sell. This is not how customers should be treated. There are a lot of companies who Will allow returns because you have changed your mind. I would stay away from purchasing their handbags. They literally look like cheap vinyl

Delivery took almost a month. No confirmation nor tracking number was provided upon purchased. Product quality was OK.

I still haven’t received my order ~ was delivered to the wrong address. And no refund. Poor communication

Extremely disappointed, they have a very vague return policy. The bag received was a different shade of brown to the one I saw online. I explained this and sent images but they said it’s not a fault. It’s not a fault but I am not happy with the product. I paid for something I am disappointed with, as a customer if the item isn’t worn in its original packaging i am struggling to understand why a refund isn’t accepted. I knew it wasn’t right the minute I opened the parcel, I emailed them straight away. This is a why I wouldn’t ever order or recommend this brand. Even a small business would be more than likely to offer better service. After sales is key to long term branding. You have failed.

I never received my order!!! 😔
