tinted my gmc denali did a great fast job

I ordered hid replacement bulbs which took over 3 weeks to come in because what I ordered and got a receipt for didn't exist for my vehicle. I only found out when I called them a week later versus them informing me when they realized. They did order the correct part but another week went by no call because they forgot to order it. Talked to the manager at which he said I'll order it and it will be here in four days. He forgot also after I waited for his call I never got. Went get my money back after 3+weeks and the guy says my lights came in... but again no one called to tell me they had been sitting there a few days. I actually called the day they claimed that they got them in and was told "it hasn't came yet" Will not be returning for any services they provide!

I had an in-dash receiver, a component set for the doors & dash, rear speakers for the rear deck, amp, subs and a sub controller installed. I specifically said I did not want steering wheel control and they still installed it and charged me full price for this. Even after telling them I never wanted it in the first place! Then they installed the component set that was supposed to go in the doors and tweeters in the dash, in the rear deck and VELCRO'D the tweeters to the rear deck. EVERYTIME the bass hits from the subs, the tweeters rattle. They also installed the rear deck speakers in my front doors! Then they placed the sub controller way by my foot which I could not reach, especially while driving. PLUS I had to bring it back because the steering wheel control that they installed did not work at all, it wasn't even connected so this piece that I was forced to pay for, wasn't even installed correctly. Then I had to bring it back again for another issue! Overall it was a pretty sloppy install, expecially with the tweeters being VELCRO'D to the rear deck and I will never bring my car back there. I was originally quoted around $500 for the complete install. After additional parts, labor and a steering wheel control that I did not want, the price jumped to approximately $700. Very disappointed.

It took them 3 times to get the tint right. Put it on, take it off, repeat. But, they were committed to getting it right, and it finally passed inspection with no creases or bubbles.

Clean shop and nice waiting room. Team was nice and kept me up to date on progress. Windows look good, but the back window on my mustang was not done well, I had heard them say they needed to redo it once while I was waiting. I will give them that it is not an easy window. Overall windows look good, will need to go back to have the rear fixed. I would have rated 5 stars, but the installer/person made a mess of my car, they got the water and mix all over my leather as well as the paint on the car. It took me 4 hours to go through and detail the car and get rid of the marks on my seats and console. Brand new car with less than 200 miles, disappointed on this part. Possibly too much going on, but feedback would be to take time to prep the cars appropriately and return them as good or better than they were when handed over for work.

Dan was very easy to deal with and was very straight forward in telling me the pros and cons of each option to consider and answered all my questions. Dave, the installer did an outstanding job in designing and installing our video system. Both he and Dan were excellent in explaining our new system. The only problem is that there is a touch of static for lack of a better word on the flat screen on occasion. Dan was ordering an amplifier in an attempt to fix the problem, I have yet to hear from him and it's been some time now.
