Only thing i didnt like is that my rear window isnt covered all the way to the brakelight

We bought and had installed an underneath the seat subwoofer box for our truck. Within a month one subwoofer blew up, didn't think nothing about it so we went to order a new subwoofer at another audio store. The gentlemen proceeded to tell us our box was installed backwards and that is more than likely the reasoning behind the subwoofer blowing up. He said that tint world has installed a lot of boxes wrong and has ordered a lot of subwoofers for other customers due to this reasoning. He said that our subwoofers were more than likely getting too hot and it messed them up because there was not enough room for air to circulate under the seat. Then a week after we ordered a new subwoofer the other side quit working as well. So now we forked $100 into a new subwoofer and now we will have to put another $100 to order the other side. Sadly we didn't buy the subwoofers from tint world, just the box so I don't think anything can be done.

Performed paint restore of 88 corvette was satisfied with the job and they help me with a new battery replacement.

I left my car there to see if i could have the alarm disconnected because i bought it without a working fob.....i came back in an hour and the technician told me (without even looking under the hood) that he wouldn't be able to disconnect my alarm...i was going to need to purchase a fob from the manufacturer of the vehicle in order to turn the alarm on and off as needed I still had to pay the "diagnostic" fee of $60 (they reduced it by $20) even though it took him all of 60 seconds to realize he wouldn't be able to do it....even with them knocking 20 bucks off it seemed like a rip off when all the guy did was look at the car and realize that he wouldn't be able to disconnect the alarm because of the make and model....easiest 60 they ever made.

My car looked brand new when they got done with it. Highly recommend this team of professionals. Great service and customer service!

I'm not sure how this happened but the installer managed to scratch the inside and the outside of my car. Take pictures of your entire car before you go here. I have OCD so I notice the little things. After I got home from tint world I noticed two scratches on my driver side door that I know for a fact were not there. Then, on the inside I noticed a scratch on my parking break. What! Why? Also on the inside, when he took some plastic pices off he didn't put them back correct and they were all jacked up. I ended up fixing them myself.
