Took my crew cab pickup in for interior detail, specifically to have the cloth seats steam-extracted (from being typical dirty/soiled and specifically from some kind of food spilled on rear seat that had dried in). Initially looked OK when I picked it up, however the seats were still damp. When dry a couple day later, noticed that the seats looked like "zebra stripes", where soiled lines were mixed amongst clean lines. Spoke with Dan who acknowledged that sometimes they can't see that until it dries, and offered to re-do it. -No problem, just had to schedule a 2nd visit. Picked it up after 2nd treatment, front seats looked better (it was dark, so I didn't pay much attention to rear seat). I don't drive this truck daily, so it wasn't until a couple of weeks later, on a bright day, that I noticed the rear seat was not only horribly "zebra striped", but the initial dried food (remnants of apple crisp) was still there! It was apparent that the rear seat had not received a 2nd treatment, just the front. A couple of things: - I felt that time had elapsed so it wasn't ideal to call them about it AGAIN after-the-fact and get into it. My frustration probably wouldn't have led to a calm conversation. - Not exactly convenient to schedule dropping it off a 3rd time for the same original service (I don't live nearby the location). - The fee wasn't exactly cheap, and I'm not the expert. Why should I have to inspect their work for quality assurance. They should know what clean is.

I came to get my headlights fixed and the manager there was more than happy to assist me and gave me honest opinions on what to do with my car. Definitely visiting there again.
