Just a waste of my time. Very unprofessional, they called me to come out to look at a vehicle. When I got there the receptionist knew nothing of the phone call. Not only were they unorganized but just had me to drive 30 minutes for nothing.

Do not waste your time getting your vehicle windows tinted at De Zavala location. They had to redo drivers side once and passenger side twice and still the drivers side has a piece of debris between the glass and window film but is not worth taking it back again.When they redid the passenger window the first time they gave me back my car with scratches all over and a large wrinkle at bottom and showed manager and he had no response except to go get one of the other employees to look at it and said they would need to redo it .I spent over three hours there the second time and was told it would only take about 30 minutes when I took it in and had told them if it was going to be more than an hour I would come back some other time. Not one person apologized for all the incompetency and time I had to spend getting just 2 windows done and redone and on top of that I purchased the premium window film and expected a good job and look. I have had vehicles tinted several times over the years and never had to take any of them back. I just cannot believe the way they handled the poor job they did.

Use Tint World Kingston for all of my construction company vehicle cleaning. Trever and his staff are Excellent after there done with are vehicles its like driving a new car!! would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone .

Took my Hummer H2 for remote start/alarm, 4 speaker, amp and aftermarket radio..GREAT SERVICE!!! Went to the Lenexa location on Marshall Dr. They even stayed 2hours after store closing to complete the install....talk about customer satisfaction!!!! Love this place!! The quality of work and professionalism of the installers was outstanding! Thank u Tint World!

Avoid this company at all costs. Their so called “discount/competitive pricing” is a potential damage to your car and your time and potential cost for about $2500. They installed a car starter in my car, after which my car would fail to start manually with a key, prompting me to use the remote starter each time. Took it back, they could not figure it out, and took the starter out and the car ignition system was starting with key with no problem. Asked for refund, because at that point it was obvious, it was the car starter that they installed that was causing problem, but they refused, claiming that unless it is proven it was due to their negligence during the installation, they would not refund. Told me to go to the dealer and get it inspected and if it turns out that the failing part is the part they were working on, then they will refund and refund the inspection costs (LIES!). The dealership could not even run inspection due to them messing up the dash harness system. So my car was not even communicating with ECU. Since the problem started after they have installed CS, they were the last ones tapping dash harness. Of course they refused to admit that claiming it is a mere coinsidence. Since computer diagnostics cannot be performed the harness system has to be taken apart (a 6 hour labor) and they have to test and examine wire by wire, It is expensive, but crucial step to be done, because it is dangerous to drive the car with messed up dash harness system. Up untill now, they are adamant that it was not their fault. Stay tuned, i will be producing all documents, because they inspection will be done! but again AVOID THIS SCAMMING PLACE! it is not worth your precious peace of mind, nerve cells firing chaotically, your day(s) off trying to resolve it and their brick faces when you voice your concerns, one star is not even anywhere close to the negative experience i am still bearing.

Great guidance and workmanship on window tinting. The other car was that too plus installing new cameras front and rear on a 2007 BMW 335 that work through the stock navigation screen. That was just amazing.

We had both of our vehicles tinted. Rick and Sandy were so friendly and did an excellent job! 😀

I had two cars done at very different shops. The Gulfport, MS experience was great. The manager and the people I dealt with were helpful and answered my questions in a professional manner. I was so impressed that when I got to where I live and had another car done. At the Cary shop, I was unimpressed. The owner made me feel small. He did not seem to care about my previous experience. He seemed only to want to get me out of the shop as another piece of meat for feeding the lions. I will not recommend the Cary shop to anyone.
