Nothing is as advertised. The clothing sent was cheap, poorly sized, and not as advertised (linen blazer was cheap synthetic material). Hassle free returns were actually having to email customer service, send photos of the items, pay ~$50 to ship back to China, or keep the items and get a credit to order more garbage. Will be starting a dispute with our credit card. Do not order from them.

Do not buy from this company. They advertise like they areca bespoke tailor the reality is they are a cheap sweat shop making very inferior clothing in China. Pretending to be a quality retailer. The pricing.is realistic to believe you are getting.the garment you ordered fro the photograph on.their website. I reported to my bank and emailed them got a reply very similar to the other revues on here 15% refund or send it back at your expense which. Is throwing good money after bad

Clothing quality was very poor. Wrong sizes (too small) were sent. Sent an email to them about the issues and got no response. Clothes are shipped from China and they arrived damp / smelled strange. A total waste of my money.

If I could give no stars I would. I first checked to see if TM was legit on google. I ordered shoes, which were supposedly soft leather. They were not even close. I start the return process with my order number, but I then have to take a picture of what I received and send to them. They then want me to return to China at my expense. NO WHERE does it state this in returns, completely not a good company, with product or return process. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I bought shoes for $101.97 and they in a plastic bag completed covered in masking tape. They were damaged with the leather completely wrinkled, deformed on the top, and a rip on the inside of the right shoe. I then started the attempts to return them and the website claims "hassle free" returns but the return address is in China where the shipping is as much as the item itself. After a week of back and forth 15 emails with customer service, I still don't have the complete shipping address and they have blocked my email address.

Horrible and deceptive company. I ordered a jacket off the website. When it arrived it looked NOTHING like the photo on the website - it was the cheap $10 shein version not the $119 coat pictured on the website. looked like something straight from temu or shein. When I reached out to return, they told me I would be responsible for $40-$50 in shipping costs plus customs, taxes, fines, etc. The product shipped from california and I paid $7.99 for shipping, yet they want me to ship BACK TO CHINA for what they estimate to be $40-50 in shipping alone, not to mention all the added costs. What a rip off. Stay far away from this company.

I ordered size 10 rain boots and when they finally came after 3 weeks they were size 7 and very cheaply made. I emailed to return them and my choices are a 15% refund, a replacement (I don’t want them they are cheap) or ship them back to China at my expense. This was their mistake why do I need to pay shipping?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHINA COMPANY. Everything is GARBAGE. The pictures may look nice. But when you get the item, it is complete GARBAGE! Do you notice, in June 2026, there’s about 5, 5-star ratings… and they are all fake. They are all about some sunglasses. I stupidly did not check on here before I Financed a Puffer Jacket. It is So thin, and just garbage. I went to unzip the zipper and it broke off. 2 seconds after opening my package. Yes they gave me their SCAM Return Options. Even though, on their website, it says “if it arrived damaged, you won’t be stuck with the Cost.” Well now I believe I will be and I’m not freaking sending this garbage to China. SCAMMED OUT OF OVER $100! The MOST ridiculous thing is that They are just LIARS about Everything. The Website does not say where they are from. But they do say “our US Warehouse”. Totally Wrong. They have ZERO US presence. And will give me the same scam “advice” as everyone else. DO NOT SUPPORT THE SCAMMERS!! And How is Trust Pilot’s Ai misrepresenting all these Bad Reviews. What’s going on with Trust Pilot?!
