I purchased a pair of loafers that were not at all what their description said. The shoes were not leather but some artificial product, very poor quality and uncomfortable. This whole website is a scam made to look like a high-end clothing store when, in fact, it is cheap products from China. The packages was completely careless, the shoes were smashed together then thrown in a grey plastic bag and wrapped in shipping tape...terrible. And don't get me started on the return policy...you pay for shipping, and that costs 30-40 US to return to China. DO NOT BUY from this company

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in Sept and this is end of October and no sign of package nor any communication from the company on how to track it.

What a disappointment , the quality was so cheap that you truely wouldn’t wear it . My shoes had an overpowering smell of glue . I asked for a return / refund and they offered 15% and keep the crap shoes . This is a scam . Beware !

Scam!! Haven’t gotten my order yet. The emails are terribly written. Only emailing them to get proof for my bank. Their tracking number makes you leave their website and my vpn blocked it. When I decided to get past the firewall. It froze my screen. Even if I do actually receive something I refuse to fall for their crap. It’s been 2 months since I ordered.

Just bought a jacket that is meant to be Sherpa lined Jacket and cotton but is clearly polyester. Says it was meant to arrive in a fancy box just came in a regular package. I've been ripped off!

Ordered shirts according to their size chart. The shirts are at least two sizes too small. Attempted to email for a return, and email immediately bounced as blocked! They didn't return any messages to their Facebook page, either. Total lack of communication after sending shirts that are NOT according to their own size charts. Credit card company just granted my chargeback request - I can only assume the company didn't respond to the credit card company, either.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I left a review a few days ago but this is an update and has downgraded to 1 star (which is more than generous). First off, what you order is not what you get. I purchased a pair of shoes off of their website (AI generated/enhanced so they don't actually exist). What I received wasn't even close and the sizing was 2 sizes larger than their chart. I requested a full refund and they will only offer 15% refund of the value. OR, and you're going to love this -- 100% refund only if you return it back to China which will cost between $45-$50+ in shipping fees. Then when I responded, they blocked me! I also discovered that there were other similary websites with the same AI generated shoes/clothing. These guys will rip you off -- that's how they stay in business! TOTAL SCAM!!!

I wouldn’t even give them a one star!! Do not buy from this website!!! Shoes are not sized properly and you cannot return products because they block your email!!
