I wish I could give less than 1 star. I paid $96 plus shipping for shoes that were advertised on the website as genuine leather. What I received is an extremely cheap synthetic material, even worse quality than PU leather, with a strong plastic smell. The product is nothing like what was advertised. I want to return the shoes. Australia Post charges around $39 to send them back to China, but they require the Chinese company’s telephone number to process the return. I have repeatedly asked the seller for a phone number, but they refuse to provide one. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. Be very careful with this seller. I strongly recommend avoiding this seller and not buying from this website.

I ordered the Chania Blazer from their website and received the blazer two weeks later and was completely disappointed. What a joke. The material looks completely plastic looking and looked nothing like the picture on their website. Avoid this site at all costs. And like everyone had said, when you email the company, all you get is some AI crap with no resolution to get a full refund. They also want me to pay for shipping costs even though it is their fault. I am taking this up with my credit card company and doing a charge back on false advertising. So stupid.

What an absolute terrible service. The Naples Suit I ordered was cartoonishly bad quality. I'm taking plastic-y thin fabric, elastic waistband, color is not the pastel green depicted but a shiny puke colored green. I went to try and return it and instead of the "hassle free" return process I've been in a back and forth were they ask me to send photos then send them again. It all feels like I'm talking to a bot not there promised real people. And then charging for returns to china and not paying until they receive it is just classic hoping you're going to forget or get so worn down by the back and forth you'll give up. It's a scam.

I just received a pair of loafers that were advertised as being leather. These shoes are not leather. The sole of the shoes are made of some kind of cheap black rubber material, that's not what the picture depicted. They are definitely not at all as they were advertised or anywhere near. They look nothing like the picture on their website. When I first ordered them, minutes after submitting the order I found out they ship from China. I immediately submitted a cancellation, it wasn't even 5 minutes after I submitted the order. When someone finally replied to me they said it was too late. The way they shipped them was lacking any care. They were wrapped in plastic and taped. They were not in a shoe box, no individual sleeves for the shoes, nothing. I'm not even going to attempt to return these. The return process sounds daunting and I think they count on this. I'm donating them. DO NOT purchase anything from this company.

I would rate zero if I could. I wish I looked into the company before I bought items. The items look NOTHING like what is advertised on their website. I have to pay $40-50 for return shipping. This is deceptive business practice because the items ordered do not look anything like what they actually send. And the shipping took extremely long, that I did not get them in time of my event. Not that I would wear them, since they are not good quality or nice. I strongly recommend against giving them any of your money.

This is my first review ever but I just had to: I am so sick of this Chinese junk! Ordered a blazer, that looks nothing like on their website. Horrible quality, no lining and some partly cut off tag! Website states that customer is responsible for return costs. Not sure if I will even try based on the experience posted by others! This is a complete scam! Stay away!

After you enter your order and almost check out, they run a scam that offers a discount and free shipping through a pop up with and you are given a few minutes to respond before it expires. In reading through the pop up there is no obvious issues. If you hit accept your order is doubled by adding a 2nd exact same item with a small discount and no shipping charge. No way to stop it. No response from their support email. Items arrive and are very poor quality. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!
