Bought the watch on timex.eu, it got delivered, but still I decided to send it back. It was just not for me. Unfortunately, no return voucher was included in the package and many mails have been left unanswered. The 'phone number' on their website leads to nowhere. I have the right to return this watch, but I just... can't. Don't know where it should go or what the procedure is. This is a horrible company and their customer service is just non-existent. Don't buy directly from them, ever, ever ever. (Seriously. Avoid them at all costs.)

I bought a Timex watch new from Amazon as a gift for my wife. It required 'winding' from the day she got it. It would run down quickly and finally I said I would return it. I was just short of the return window. Disappointing, but I then contacted Timex itself on warranty coverage. Despite sending all the information requested, including photos of the watch, and several further inquiries on status of getting something done to get it fixed or replaced, they haven't done SQUAT. NOTHING. ZIP. NADA. So now TIMEX has sold a watch, we've got a shiny worthless trinket, and they've got our money. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, BUY A TIMEX.

The customer service is appalling and nonexistent. After TWO of my Timex watches glass broke without any major shock or damage, I wanted to look into my repair options. I have tried so far: 1. Calling their customer service number (call does not go through) 2. Emailing them on their customer service email (no response) 3. Reaching out to them on twitter (no response) Absolutely horrible service. Truly disappointed. Even though I like Timex watches, will not be buying one again.

I agree with other people who have left bad reviews here. Do not buy at timex I am currently £145 out of pocket. they did send me the watch that I ordered but tried to cancel within an hour of ordering to no avail. They then told me that a return label would be included with the parcel when I received it so I could return the watch, but guess what no label. The watch looks cheap and badly made. They answer my emails with more questions and then silence. The phone number they give is based in the US and is constantly closed The returns link they give for Royal mail does not work.leaving me currently unable to do anything but keep the cheap looking watch that they sent, no address either. I am sure that any good reviews that are posted here are fake just as the site appears to be.

Ma montre n'est toujours pas arrivée, 6 semaines après son supposé "envoi" par Timex. Impossible de contacter le service client, que ça soit par téléphone ou par email, c'est silence radio.

Still waiting for my order. Customer service is non-existent. First time purchase from their website. My friend had no issues with her order but this is getting ridiculous. No way of cancelling the order without having to call the bank. Update: I have received my order after more than a week. The customer service did not reply to any email. Guess what? They rejected all of my reviews of the product and any mention of customer service in the product reviews. It is so heavily moderated. DO NOT deal with this company with such dubious practice.

La montre livrée n'est pas celle commandée. Le support client par mail ne répond pas. Le support par téléphone ne répond qu'après plusieurs essais et une longue attente, tout ce là en anglaids. L'accentuation des employés est vraiment surprenante, on se demande si on a vraiment compris ce qui est dit. Evidemment vous ne recevrez jamais d'étiquette pré-payée pour le retour. Ils vont couler leur entreprise.

Absolutely diabolical!! The watch strap has broken in a record 8 months and I have sent 4 emails and had absolutely no response. It is utterly shocking that they run their business this way. Buy a watch from another company is my top tip
