What a terrible company sent a watch back , they tried to say they hadn’t received it and I hadn’t used their return label , changed their minds when I showed them the tracking number from the p/o , still waiting for my refund just glad I paid through PayPal Avoid this company at all costs, if you do happen to purchase from them all ways use PayPal.

Pire Service après vente. Besoin de relancer plusieurs fois afin de recevoir le bon de retour par mail. Toujours pas eu mon remboursement 2 mois plus tard alors que je souhaitais seulement faire un échange pour un produit défectueux je dois en être à 10 mails d’échanges pour un problème qui me semble simple à la base… entre temps la montre que je voulais est sold out donc vraiment hyper déçue!!

I bought the Timex Expedition North, a nice watch but it didn't quite suit me. I returned the watch but after two months I still haven't received the refund despite contacting the support team numerous times.

Warte seit 2 Monaten auf eine Rückzahlung,werde ständig vertröstet,jetzt ist mir auch klar warum kein Paypal als Zahlungsmethode nicht möglich ist. Dann wäre mein Geld bereits wieder auf meinem Konto Nie wieder!!!

Ich habe eine Digitaluhr im Wert von 77,00 Euro bestellt und im Voraus mit Kreditkarte bezahlt.bei Timexwatch.de Bekommen habe ich nach 3Wochen eine billigste RayBan Sonnenbrille Imitation aus China (China Schrott) im Wert von vielleicht 0,40 Cent. Der Support sagt,da sei was schiefgelaufen und der Artikel ist nicht mehr lieferbar. Man bietet mir an: 1. Rückerstattung 40% des Kaufbetrages oder den China Schrott zurück nach China senden( Ohne Rücksende-Label ) auf eigene Kosten---das sind mm al eben 40,00 Euro mit DHL MB ach China, und dann er Hg alte ich den vollen Kaufpreis zurück:; Lachnummer- das grenzt an Betrug oder Masche und Abzocke

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I bought a watch as a present for my wife. When it turned up damaged they promised to sort of PayPal claim was closed. 2 months later they have my watch, have my money and refuse to respond. They have actually stolen from me and no way to get cash back.
