My watch was sent to the wrong address and I'm being ignored by customer service.

Starting to wonder if I got scammed by Timex? Placed my order on May 22nd. Was given a USPS tracking number. Wait...wait...item hasn't moved. Contact customer service who gives me an UPS tracking number. So, 2 different tracking numbers, showing 2 different locations and nothing has moved since May 25th. Says item is to be delivered by Monday, June 10th. Guess if it's not there I report them for fraud.

Da die gekaufte Timex Uhr mir nicht gefallen hat habe ich sie wieder nach wenigen Tagen retourniert und diese kam laut Sendungsverfolgung am 28. März bereits an und ich habe mein Geld nach über 6 Wochen immer noch nicht zurückerhalten! Es kann nicht sein dass man über 6 Wochen nach Erhalt der Retour keine Rückzahlung leisten kann. Support wurde angeschrieben, keine Rückmeldung. Support wurde angerufen, keiner geht ran....

WHEN IT COMES TO WATCH SERVICING(NOT TO MENTION POOR BUILD QUALITY), TERRIBLE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. IT'S BEEN OVER 16 MONTHS, NOTHING TO SHOW FOR. NO FOLLOW UP. FEDEX IS WORTHLESS.

Terrible customer service. Take forever to get back to you. Received my return 12 days ago and still waiting on a refund. Won't buy again

Purchase a Expedition North® Titanium Automatic 41mm Recycled Fabric Strap Watch Bought in January runs fast over 3 minutes a day.I called to get it fixed under warranty from Timex was told I have to mail it to them In canada then it's shipped to the US then shipped to the Philippines for repairs was told I have to pay a possessing fee and would take up to 3 yo 4 months to get it back. I paid about $500 dollars for this watch and will never buy another Timex watch again Not happy.

bei meiner Timex Uhr ist nach ca. 6 Monaten das Armband kaputtgegangen. Die Punktschweißstelle hatte sich aufgelöst. Nach längeren hin und her habe ich jetzt vom Verkäufer Ormoda diese Aussage bekommen: "Nachstehend finden Sie die Garantieinformationen, wie sie auf der Timex-Website angezeigt werden, und die dazugehörigen Armbänder - BITTE BEACHTEN SIE, DASS DIESE GARANTIE NICHT FÜR DEFEKTE ODER SCHÄDEN AN IHRER UHR GILT : von Gläsern, ARMBAENDERN, Uhrengehäusen, Anbauteilen oder Batterien. " Also hier ist Vorsicht geboten.

Bought a nice shiny Timex Legacy watch in Teal with the Day/Day (like the nice Rolex) Took it on holiday for its first outing and the Crown/Stem pulled right out of the watch with no effort when adjusting for a new time zone. Contacted Timex Customer Services (in US?) Given a UK number (where I live) and called. A rude woman said this is Timex Repairs you have the wrong number! Was told to contact the people I contacted in the first place! I messaged Timex twice - nothing - nada in response. This is an under warranty watch less than a few months old. Amazon issued me a refund without delay. They must KNOW how bad Timex is and they are a waste of time and money. Ironic for a watch company. Have my money back but a junk £150 watch I really liked the look of. Should have bought the Rolex!
