Watch broke down after few months. Customer service is absolutely terrible!! DO NOT BUY HERE. I live in the Nehterlands and Timex is requesting me to send the watch to Italy for repair, on my own costs! The watch is still covered by Timex warranty. Additionally, by law (applicable consumer protection laws) if a product is found to be faulty, Timex is legally obliged to • Offer a free repair, • Offer a free replacement, or • Provide a refund It is illegal to charge the customer for any costs associated with these remedies. Therefore, the proposed solution is unsatisfactory. However, they do not seem to care...

Did make a return, but never got my money back. Did write to company several times, and was even in contact with somebody who did promise to help me. But nothing happend.

Ordered 4 weeks ago. Not shipped. No way to contact. No shipping date. No way to cancel. Have started process with through my bank to get funds returned. Absolute scam website that should be avoided.

Returned a watch, but never got my money back. I did buy a new watch but did not like it and did send it back but never got my money.

Watches never shipped. "Customer service" says to simply wait. There is no warning on their website that there could be shipping delays. My order still says it will be delivered within 10 days, but it's been weeks and the order is just "confirmed" and my credit card charged. I have to fight with my bank for the refund since Timex won't do anything. I tried to leave a review on their site, but there's no option to do so, which makes it seem like their reviews are faked.

While the watch does keep ticking , the timex company is outdated. The service is horrific from the ordering process to “non specific” continually delayed delivery times. It was ordered july 2 and is still being “processed in the warehouse” 3 weeks later with no sign of pending delivery. Definitely rethink this brand whose time has definitely come

Hab eine Uhr bei denen gekauft und während die noch auf dem Weg zu mir war, wurde mir per E-Mail ein "Flash Sale" angekündigt, währenddessen die gleiche Uhr noch um einiges günstiger zu bekommen gewesen wäre. Hab also den Kundendienst angemailt mit Frage nach Price Match und Teilrückzahlung. Machen die aber nicht, was ich wie eine schallende Ohrfeige empfinde. Nebenbei antwortet der Kundendienst auch mit so einer großen Verzögerung, als wäre der auf einem anderen Kontinent ansässig. Finde ich auch nicht angenehm, immer so lange auf eine Antwort warten zu müssen. Last but not least scheinen die beim Versand mit DHL Express irgendwas zu drehen, dass man zwar eine Umleitung an eine Packstation bei DHL Express beauftragen kann, was mir bestätigt wurde, aber zugestellt wurde dennoch an meine Wohnanschrift, wo tagsüber keiner ist. Ein Glück, dass ich die Uhr überhaupt bekommen habe und mir keiner das Paket vor der Tür gestohlen hat. Alles in allem eine extrem schlechte Erfahrung gehabt. Wenn ich nochmals eine Timex möchte, werde ich die sicher woanders kaufen, wo es einen nachgewiesenermaßen guten Kundendienst gibt, der im Sinne des Kunden handelt.

Terrible customer service. Avoided responding to complaint and unhelpful when finally replied. Damaged watch strap after minimal use, which they refused to deal with. Not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose. My intention is to sue them. Avoid, save your time and money. Go somewhere reputable.
