Absolutely Disgusted & Feel Sick. I ordered TWO Timex Marlin Watches for Christmas Gifts. EVRI just through the package on my doorstep even though I was inside my house (Thanks EVRI for great service!?), I opened the package to find only ONE Watch inside!!?? With an invoice confirming TWO Watches as ordered. I had to spend nearly an hour on two calls to TIMEX as I struggled to download the form they wanted me to sign to declare I hadn't received the missing Watch. The first call handler was blunt and not much help. I called back to confirm they had finally received the signed document & a copy of my Drivers Licence. Surely there must be CCTV cameras in there packing area confirming that only ONE Watch was packed??? It has completely ruined the whole experience & they have said after the investigation I will only receive a refund when I wanted the 2nd Watch?! Its messed up Christmas, Thank You TIMEX.

Returned the watch that wasn't wanted. Never taken out the packaging. I followed all instructions on in the package. Now it's apparently lost and I've lost £114, really disappointed with the service. Will never use timex ever again.

Ordered a watch that came with a 30% discount. The watch that I received was the wrong watch so called customer service who arranged a return label and told me they would be happy to give me the same discount if I reordered the watch again (apparently they don’t do exchanges, only refunds). After being put on hold for too long, they eventually sent me an email with a code for a 25% discount as they “don’t have the 30% off”. I can allow mistakes being made in sending the wrong watch, but to not offer the same discount for a replacement is beyond disappointing. Recent reviews and average score tell you all you need to know about Timex.

Signed up, refreshed and after placing the item in my basket, then got kicked out of the site. Once back in, item was sold out. I will never buy a Timex

One star is too generous. Never received my watch. One person from customer service said the watch will be returned to sender I will receive a refund. - they stopped responding. Another person said they have to launch an investigation that takes 10 “business” days that requires my ID. 10 days later, they tell me the image of my ID is corrupted and ask for another image. I was already hesitant on doing that. My fault for even sending it in the first place

I am trying to return a product but am not receiving a return label. Do not purchase anything in the online-shop!

Wäre nach Amsterdam zurück gesendet, auf das Geld warte ich seit Wochen, und es ist immer noch nicht überwiesen.

New watch, flat battery. Local watch repairer found fault. Won't be buying timex again
