I've worked on Timesolv for just over a year and really enjoy working with it. The software itself is very intuitive and user-friendly, and the support staff is the best. Our Account Manager (Ron Reinart) is tremendously responsive. As a new user to Timesolv, I've spoken with one of their customer service reps (Gigi) many times and she is the best! She's extremely patient, able to provide answers in real time, and seems genuinely happy to help you. Finally, the pricing is very fair and they are willing to work with you to find the best economical solution to your needs - whether you want an annual contract or month-to-month service.

Although I'm still adjusting to the platform, the program has proven to be easy to use once you become accustomed to the changes required from older timekeeping systems. It's a great relief to know that the system is cloud based, making software updates a thing of the past. Perhaps one of the best features of the system is the support staff, who provide friendly, reliable assistance and exhibit enormous patience. In a world where everyone's in a rush, people like Gigi Vita and Tiannan make things a whole lot easier for us non-IT professionals!

The TimeSolv team is extremely helpful, especially for those of us that are slightly less computer savvy - with no attitude. They will walk me through issues step by step so I can grasp everything and save having to make another call. After working with them for almost two years I can say it is like calling a friend to help you through a problem.

As long as you charge every client the same amount this is a great software. You can not make an hourly rate per client when you add them to the system. Not user friendly and for answers you have to call customer service and make an appointment to have them explain how to use the software. I can easily learn new software but this one has been a pain to learn.

Hi! You actually can create a unique hourly rate for each client in TimeSolv, if you wish. You may also call customer service at 1.800.715.1284 any time during normal support hours to get a question answered without making an appointment. That has never been a requirement to receive support. We encourage you to call or visit our knowledge base to learn how to set the rates for your clients when adding them to the system.
