For a relatively inexpensive timekeeping package for a small business, TimeSolv does everything we ask of it. The program is reliable and has very few (and trivial) glitches. (For example, the biggest "glitch" I notice is that once in a while, the program won't translate a two-letter abbreviation into a term I've set, in which case I need to backspace over the trailing space and hit space again (and even that happens only a few times per month). Very satisfied.

I had been a user of a different TimeS**** product for many years. As a one person law office I decided I could no longer justify their ever-increasing prices and decreasing functionality. After investigating the alternatives I settled on TimeSolv. The experience was absolutely first rate. Customer service is prompt, courteous, responsive and efficient. Did I mention friendly and caring? They converted all my historic data and helped set up my new account. I transitioned over a long weekend. No hiccups. I absolutely love the built in TimeSync app. It has greatly increased my capture rate on time spent on items. I recommend this company and their product without reservation.

I just moved from a large law firm to solo practice. TimeSolv did an outstanding job helping me get set up to do billing. They were very helpful in teaching me how to use the system and the system worked great.

Great program, great customer service

We chose TimeSolv, and jumped in immediately. The support staff was patient and ran right along beside us ~ ultimately, it is a great billing program and if you take the time to complete all of the training, the experience should be a good one. Of particular note is Gigi, whom we still see as way above par, she guides you through anything thrown her way, with kindness, class and most of all, if a problem pops up, she tackles it ~ she doesn't make excuses. She's part of the solution rather than the problem.

easy to keep time from any computer with an internet connection

Fantastic product. I'm a software developer that does contract work and needed an easy way to keep track of the time I spend working on my clients projects along with sending them invoices and tracking their payments. TimeSolv does all of this and more, i can even hire other developers to work on my customers projects and it will properly track their time, the amount I pay these developers, and the amount I bill my customers for.

I am a solo practice attorney and do my own billing. My previous billing program was complicated and error prone, so I was required to look for a professional billing system that was efficient, user friendly, and would offer timely support. TimeSolv meets each of those requirements and more. It offers everything I need, is easy to use, makes intuitive sense, and the finished product is clean and professional.
