The experience was quite painless in order to get rid of timeshare. The representatives for Time Share compliance were knowledgeable, and guided me through the process with ease! It took approximately 8 months and I received a letter saying that I was released of any further obligations with the timeshare. I'm thankful because this was a huge burden for me. Thanks again!

I entered a contract with Timeshare Compliance in May, 2018. Last contact update I got was April 2021. It’s now September 2023, I have left 4 messages in the last 4 weeks and never got a phone call or email back. I spent a lot of money and paid for 2 lawyers to get out of my time shares, and 5 years later I have no clue what the status is.

Time share compliance assured us they could get our time share canceled in 18 months or less. We based our decision to use them on their assurance. They were not the cheapest but actually the most expensive. So after 18 months we canceled our agreement but the turned us into a collection agency to force payment for services they did not provide.

Thank you for speaking with our Client Experience Representative to get to the root of the issue. We do emphasize in the beginning of the process that it can be lengthy since it is a legal issue and we provide approximate time frames - not guaranteed. We tried to rectify your file previously in March and see that there was some miscommunication. We are working on reviewing your file and will reach out with next steps soon. We look forward to fixing this issue!
