Customer Support (Kyle and crew) have been courteous and extremely helpful. I would recommend Timeclick to any business to keep track of employees clocking in and out for their shifts. TimeClick is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate to keep track of hours worked.

The employees I dealt with were very knowledgeable and was eager to help us out when we had a problem with being able to sign in from our mobile devices. It was a challenging issue but they stuck with it until it was figured out. We are very pleased with timeclick and I'm happy we decided to go with them when we were looking for a new method of clocking in and out. Thank you!

Time Click has a great product. Though I was disappointed with the initial install which was not resolved, I would deal with them again. I would suggest you let them install the initial set up as you are not given all you need to do the install properly so you can use all the features that are available with Timeclick.

I have used TimeClick for several years and love the program. I had issues connecting a laptop to the server and Kyle went above and beyond in helping me! We finally concluded that my laptop has issues, but Kyle was able to find a work around for me to be able to connect with my TimeClick server. He was very personable, professional and patient!!!
