ThriveHive is a great program to stand up your consulting business. Passport is a very clear and organized process. I definitely wouldn’t have gotten my business defined and off the ground working independently. The weekly coaching is very helpful, but I wish the program included at least 1 personal consult with a coach. It would have been a better experience to chat with the coach 1-on-1 for the completed workbook feedback. However, the written feedback is very thorough and you can bring follow up questions to the coaching call.

This program has been a game changer for me. I've always wanted to start my own consulting company, but never knew where to start and didn't know how to get clients. This program does an excellent job of having you break down and put into words what you do and why you do it. They walk you through the entire process and give you the tools to identify why you do what you do, who your ideal client is, what you're offering, and how to communicate it and sell it. The coaching calls can get full, so join early and raise your hand. When you have their attention, they give you their full attention. What I really like about this program is how she gives you the words to explain what you do, to open a sales email, to have a triage interview... everything! After the first 8 weeks, I now have the confidence to know that I can make this work and after the final 12 weeks, I have two potential clients. I think I could have moved even quicker, if I wasn't working full time as well. All in all, I think this is a great program to take you from "I want to be a consultant" to a fleshed out offer, marketing materials, and a playbook for making that happen.
