We've been using timeclick for a few years now, and to quote our HR director, "I love timeclick!" Support is always super friendly and helpful, and I've referred timeclick to our sister companies.

We're starting to use the accrued time features in time click for all our employees. Kyle has been very professional, helpful and patient with helping set up all our employees. Also, he has been very supportive and understanding with walking me through the process of how to navigate time click and locate all the features we need to access history. Thank you Kyle for helping and being so patient.

Love the software and rarely ever have any issues. We forget to update it and Kyle always fixes us up in 2 minutes or less. Thanks guys.

Time Click has great technical support. They got me back in service without making me feel incompetent and always have a good attitude.

Purchased for $300 USD online 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive any communication on how to download the program that we wanted to start using right away. I have emailed twice, tried to use the chat (always busy), and still no response at all.

Spent close to an hour on the phone with Bobby in tech support and he was more than helpful in resolving our problems. Bobby was friendly and informative and was able to find the problem and implement a solution. I hope to not run into to future problems, but if I do I will be asking for him.
