Error 912 connecting…
Had an issue with error 912 connecting to the database. Turns out the program needed to be re-registered. The support guy was able to fix it quickly.

Bobby was quick, helpful and patient.
Bobby was quick, helpful, and patient. Bobby helped walked me through the confusing update process effectively. He quickly took my chat request and guided me through the steps to resolve the issue. He also stood by with me to make sure the update was successful, helped me find the product key for reactivation, and reimport the database when there was an import issue.
