Customer for life!!! My prized Timbuk2 bag needed some repair and I am over the moon with the results. It looks brand new inside and out. Quick turnaround on repair work.
I can't believe how quick Timbuk2 turned around the out of warranty repair. The bag came back with a fresh new life.

I am a fan of timbu2 for nearly 8 years…
I am a fan of timbu2 for nearly 8 years now, I had a map bag or shoulder bag for some years, I started a daily commute on a an e-bike and needed a panner bag. I have owned a few, this one is by far the best. Looks great and stays secure on the back of my bicycle — detaches quick and clean. Great Bag….

I have owned two Timbuk2 Backpacks. Both of them had issues that developed. Both times, Timbuk2 honored its lifetime warranty commitment. The process and communication has been great both times.
