I am pissed off at the duties from UPS - I ordered from the Toronto Store ( Canada ) - shipping was $35. USD and brokerage charges were another $85. CDN - THIS SUCKS - so this messenger bag sells for $205. USD and I ended up paying $475. CDN ................. I will never buy another Timbuk 2 product again ( I have purchased 8 bags over the years but NEVER AGAIN

They sent me a bag that was broke and when I tried to reach out to Customer service, they never responded.

I never received my bag. I spent $200, delivery instructions were not followed so the bag didn't make it to me. I loved my design and was really excited about my bag. But now I'm out $200 and still don't have a messenger bag.

I loved my bag but the stitching came off on an interior part and when I wrote in about the issue, I was told the only solution was to mail in the bag to be further worked on. Even with photos, there was not offer to purchase another bag or just have it replaced automatically. With other companies, I have been able to ship a defective product back with an immediate replacement. Since this was my only bag, it made it difficult for me to take the time to ship it to you and then wait for a response and further action. Made me want to look at products from other companies even when I loved my backpack.
