My selection was easily decided on with a standard available messenger bag. The colors and options suited my preference in replacing an existing 20 year old bag. Ordering and arranging payment was simple. Delivery was on time as promised.

I like the warranty and restoration process. It is simple and fair. No B.S. My 25 year old bag has been restored twice. I only had to go without it for a couple of weeks while it was in the mail. The work was a quick turnaround. This is the real deal in customer service.
