Timbuk2 orders require a 2–5 business-day processing period before they leave our warehouse, and this processing time is not expedited. Our lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, while damage from regular wear and tear may not qualify depending on the condition of the bag and the repairs needed. Customers are responsible for shipping bags to our repair facility, and we help cover return shipping costs whenever possible.
