I was super disappointed with the quality of the fabric. Would love to see cotton or natural fiber.

High price for what you get. I justified the purchase with the lifetime warranty but read the fine print carefully. Any fault can be attributed to “normal wear and tear”.

Ordered a backpack and got confirmation but it wasn’t shipped. I had to email a week later to customer service to get unit finally coming to me. Strange. I hope the backpack is good once it gets here. I was hoping they would bit the bullet and next-day ship it to me, but alas, no.

I didn't understand why I couldn't just purchase a bracket for my bike bag rather than shipping the entire bag and filing a claim which was more expensive.

The materials and quality of the companies bag has gone down. Its frustrating that I am paying more for materials that feel and look cheap.

This review is about a backpack repair. I turned my backpack in to the Timbuk2 store in north beach SF for repairs and they assured me that the repairs would be free. I then get an email saying that the repair will not be free and that I’ll have to pay $25. I was annoyed but no big deal I guess I understand. I get the bag in the mail today only to find that Timbuk2 only accomplished ONE of the repairs I requested. And this was after explicitly explaining what repairs I needed at the store. I am dissatisfied and annoyed and I would like a refund. I’ve already called the store and told them about it and they said they will get back to me but it has been a couple hours now and no response.

Great bag. Didn't honor their warranty and instead offered me a small discount code after telling me "it looked like it was well-loved." I went with Chrome instead and, after 14 years they did honor their warranty.

Great bag - crappy return policy. Great bags love them or I did. Bought a Wingman messenger bag and it wouldn’t work for my needs as it was too big. Return policy cost almost 10 bucks. Returned it and exchanged for a smaller Scheme bag. This bag was too small. So I returned it at another 10 bucks So my initial investment 179.99 netted me a return reimbursement of 146.00 Thirty bucks just to try bags and I basically opened the box looked at the bag and put it back and returned. Pretty sad. Lots of good used bags on EBay - I will shop there from now on over getting ripped off on return shipping and whatever the other charges were for.
