I wouldn’t know if the bag is well made or not. After paying for the bag upfront and waiting for over two months: while contacting the company by email and phone, they decided they lost it and would expedite sending me one. No, discount, no little “hey my bad trinket”. I won’t be finding out the quality of their bags any time soon with service like this.

They didnt deliver my satchel on time. It was a carry on bag. They wouldn't help me in anyway. I didnt want to converse with my old landlord sort it out. I was guaranteed delivery on time and it wasn't. They did nothing.

Because of US tariffs, it is currenly difficult for people living in Canada to send out items to be repaired down in the U.S. as per current Timbuk2 process. The company should seriously examine the possibililty of out sourcing repairs in Canada for Canadian clients.

My husband bought a bag from the UK sight. It arrived and upon receiving it realised he did not like the strap and so immediately requested a returns label or an RMA all emails have fallen on deaf ears. Absolutely no response what so ever. Not even an acknowledgment shocking customer service and you only get 14 days to return items.

Purchased with next business day shipping. You waited two days to ship it! It will arrive too late for upcoming trip. If you can't deliver as advertised, change it.
