I got my messenger bag in 2012 and have loved it ever since. It had gotten some rips over time, but in the last year the lining really started to deteriorate. It was WAY past warrantee, but I figured it couldn't hurt to reach out to Timbuk2. What happened next was the best product experience OF MY LIFE. Not only was the process straightforward and really clear at all stages, it was ridiculously inexpensive (complete repair for $25 INCLUDING SHIPPING). I just got my bag back-- WEEKS faster than they estimated-- and it's good as new. I cannot say enough good things about my bag, the repair experience, and the brand generally. Can't wait for my next 14 years with this bag!

Love these bags for bicycling, motorcycling and just everyday usage. I bought a new medium size one. I still have my xl bag from 25+ years ago, a bit worn but still functional.

I was sending my 15 year old messenger bag back to have the liner replaced. Amazing job. It looks like a brand new bag! The cost was low ($25) and the speed (8 days) were both impressive. I also love the company's principal of keeping their old products out of landfill. By that I mean they'd make more money by selling me a new item, but they were willing to repair my ancient bag.
