I have a 30 yr old messenger bag. The stitching started to come apart. I emailed these guys, filled out the information requested to the best of my abilities (30 yrs ago, I can't remember where I bought this bag). The warrantied it. I sent it in, they fixed it and shipped it back. No cost for the repair. Best investment ever
